Express Repair FAQs
Generally, onsite calls are scheduled according to the timeframe in which the call is received. If your call is received before 1pm, your appointment will be scheduled by 12pm the next business day. If the call comes in after 1pm, the appointment will be scheduled by 12pm on the second business day.
A monthly service fee for Express Repair will be billed with your HughesNet service via credit/debit card or invoice, depending on which method you select. A co-pay will be billed via invoice if a service visit is requested.
There is a 30-day vesting period for existing HughesNet subscribers with onsite service within the first 30 days of enrollment. A higher co-pay will be charged if you need service before the vesting period has passed.
During a vesting period with a $90 co-pay:
If you require an onsite visit within the 30-day vesting period and you choose a 24-month service plan, your co-pay fee will be $99.
During a vesting period with a $199 co-pay:
If you require an onsite visit within the 30-day vesting period and do not start a new 24-month service commitment, your co-pay fee will be $199.
After your vesting period, you’ll go back down to a $29.95 co-pay:
If you require an onsite visit after your 30-day vesting period, your onsite service co-pay will be $29.95.
